Role Description The IT Admin is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth daily operations. In this role, the IT Admin will install, configure, and manage hardware, software, and operating systems for staff and training environments. They will monitor and administer networks, manage user accounts and permissions, and ensure data security and backups.

The IT Admin will provide technical support to internal teams, diagnose and resolve system and network issues, and coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed.



The role also includes maintaining documentation, implementing best practices, and supporting IT-related requirements for training delivery and corporate engagements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Information Technology fundamentals, including understanding of operating systems, hardware components, and basic security practices.
- Candidates should possess System Administration skills such as user account management, software installation, configuration, and routine maintenance.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration skills including LAN/WAN management, router/switch configuration, and network performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve IT issues for end users.
- Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple tasks, maintain clear documentation, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data backup solutions, antivirus and security tools, and basic cloud or virtualization platforms is beneficial.
- Fundamental understanding of Frontend (HTML,CSS, Javascript) and Backend development concept.
