Role Description The Investor role at CarouseLabs is a full time remote position focused on supporting the company’s growth, financial health, and strategic direction. The individual in this role will evaluate market opportunities, assess product roadmap viability, and provide guidance on long-term investment and funding strategies.

Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial performance, analyzing key metrics, participating in strategic planning discussions, and offering input on go-to-market and partnership initiatives. The Investor will collaborate closely with the founding team, contribute to governance and risk management,



and help ensure that capital is allocated effectively to drive sustainable growth. This role also involves staying informed about trends in AI, content creation tools, and early-stage technology investments to inform data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong background in finance and investment, including experience with evaluating early-stage technology or SaaS companies.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and interpreting key performance indicators and growth metrics.
- Knowledge of AI, digital marketing, and content creation platforms, with the ability to understand product-market fit and user behavior.
- Experience in strategic planning, business development, or scaling startups, preferably within the tech or creator economy sectors.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a structured approach to risk assessment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely and partner with a distributed team.
- Prior involvement in fundraising, venture capital, angel investing, or advisory roles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or equivalent experience are a plus.
