Role: Analyst, Investment Committee (mid-senior level)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing financial models for analyzing the financial viability of a land or project to evaluate the feasibility for its acquisition.
- Ability to analyze target land/projects financial viability based on accurate assumptions as well as inputs as provided by Business Development, Liaison and Architect teams. These projects could include Residential, Commercial, Retail or Warehousing including greenfield, brown field projects.
- Creating Valuation Report and Investment Recommendations for the Management for assessing fair value of Business/New Proposals.
- Review monitor performance of the project and benchmark against business case at the time of acquisition/ launch of project.

Skills & competencies:

- 5 years relevant experience.
- Strong modelling, presentation skills; Positive inter personal skills to coordinate between various business/ finance functions; Understanding of financial statements & project financials.

Educational Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute or high rank CA; MBA + CA preferred.
