Role Description The Investment Consultant role at VN Realty India is a full-time, on-site position based in Lansdowne.

The Investment

Consultant will advise clients on suitable real estate investment options, conduct financial and investment needs assessments, and present tailored property solutions that align with clients’ wealth-building goals. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, explaining project details, conducting site visits, preparing investment proposals,



and supporting clients through the decision-making and documentation process. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, tracking market trends in North India’s real estate corridors, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Finance to understand client goals and structure suitable investment plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Investments and Investment Strategies to analyze property options and recommend high-potential opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and deliver a high-quality advisory experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Proven experience in real estate, wealth management, or financial advisory is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Lansdowne, conduct regular property visits, and travel within nearby investment locations as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in investments or real estate are an advantage.
