Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA)/ MBA with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis, particularly within the context of credit financing and investment analysis. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the overall success of our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, and profitability assessments to support investment decisions and risk management.
- Credit Evaluation: Assess the creditworthiness of potential investment opportunities by analyzing financial data, industry trends, and business models.
- Report Preparation:



Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing financial performance, investment opportunities, and risk factors.
- Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process for new investments, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor the financial health of portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team and other departments to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial analysis and credit evaluation.

Qualifications
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA qualification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on credit financing, investment analysis, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Familiarity with financial software and tools is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
