Role Description The Inventory Management Specialist at Meolaa is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for monitoring stock levels, updating inventory records, and ensuring accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing materials.
The specialist will coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock situations. Daily tasks include reconciling physical stock with system records, analyzing inventory data, preparing reports, and identifying process improvements to increase efficiency. The role also involves maintaining organized storage areas and supporting cycle counts, audits,
and inventory-related compliance activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Inventory Management and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate stock levels and records.
- Candidates should possess solid Materials Management skills to handle receiving, storage, and distribution of products efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

- Experience with inventory or ERP software and proficiency in spreadsheets or data management tools.
