Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to manage overall inventory operations, ensure stock accuracy and availability, minimize inventory losses, and maintain efficient warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory planning, stock levels, and overall stock control.
- Monitor inward, outward, put-away, picking, dispatch, and stock movements.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, bin audits, rack audits, and inventory audits.
- Ensure accurate physical-to-system stock reconciliation and resolve variances.
- Monitor shrinkage, damages, expiry, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and stock storage standards.




- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Production teams for inventory requirements.
- Maintain proper warehouse layout, binning, SKU segregation, and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS and reports.
- Monitor key inventory KPIs such as stock accuracy, shrinkage, ageing, turnover, and availability.
- Lead and train the inventory team and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to reduce inventory losses and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelors or Master's or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and audits.
- Good Excel and ERP/WMS knowledge.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- High attention to detail and solid ownership of inventory accuracy.
