The role
Hiring runs on timely follow-up, and we need another organised person to help keep it that way. As an Interview Scheduling Assistant you will arrange interview slots, confirm candidates and keep hiring trackers current for the teams we support.
This is a coordinating role, not a technical one. You do not need to code or use complex software — comfort with email, a calendar and simple online tools is what counts. If you are organised, polite and steady with routine follow-up, we will teach you the rest.
It is a part-time, work-from-home role, which suits people who want steady, reliable work alongside studies or another commitment.
What you'll do
- Propose and confirm interview slots between candidates and hiring teams
- Send reminders and reschedule politely when plans change
- Keep hiring trackers current so every candidate has a clear status
- Collect simple documents and references before start dates
- Follow short daily checklists so nothing is left unanswered
What we're looking for
- Organised with dates and times — you notice a clash before it happens
- Comfortable with email, calendars and simple online tools
- Transparent, polite written English for short candidate messages
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work from home
- Any exposure to admin, coordination or customer support is a plus, but not required
