Role & responsibilities

- Assisted in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

- Posted job openings on Naukri and other recruitment platforms and managed candidate applications.

- Coordinated interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Conducted initial candidate communication and maintained candidate databases.

- Assisted with onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.

- Assisted in preparing HR reports and maintaining recruitment trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and employee engagement.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Candidates with basic knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or other job portals will be preferred.

- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship/project experience are welcome to apply.
