Internship Opportunity – HR Intern | Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern who is eager to gain practical exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Position: HR Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Department: Human Resources

Stipend: Unpaid initially; paid opportunity may be offered based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation
- Support employee engagement and other HR activities





Who Can Apply:

- MBA/BBA/Graduate students interested in HR
- Freshers looking for practical HR experience
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
