Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Internet of Things (IoT) Engineer role based in the Pune Division. The IoT Engineer will design, develop, and deploy IoT solutions that integrate sensors, controllers, and industrial equipment to enhance safety, monitoring, and automation.
Daily responsibilities include programming and software development for IoT devices, configuring hardware such as Raspberry Pi and related modules, and working with control systems that may include Inductive Output Tube (IOT) components. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, test prototypes, troubleshoot system issues,
and ensure reliable data communication between devices and platforms. The IoT Engineer will also document system architectures, support installation and maintenance at client sites, and contribute to continuous improvement of safety and storage solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Internet of Things (IoT) systems and architectures
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming for embedded and connected devices
- Hands-on experience with hardware platforms such as Raspberry Pi and related components
- Understanding of Inductive Output Tube (IOT) or similar industrial control and output technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
- Experience with networking protocols, sensor integration, and data acquisition in industrial environments
- Ability to read technical drawings and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and safety engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in office at industrial facilities
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and automation systems is an advantage
