Position: International Customer Support – Voice Process

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days Work From Office + 2 Days Work From Home

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract

Eligibility

• Freshers: Eligible

- Experience: 0–3 years in International Customer Service / International Voice Process
- Candidates with International Customer Support experience preferred
- Immediate Joiners only
- No absconding cases

Salary

• Freshers: 4 LPA

- Experienced: 4.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international voice support
- Provide effective solutions and resolution to customer concerns
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Communicate professionally with international customers
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and company policies




- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper query resolution

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
- Positive verbal communication and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a voice-based customer support process
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Should be available for immediate joining
- Should be available for walk in interview tomorrow
