About the Role

We are looking for confident and customer-focused individuals to join our US Customer Service team.

The role involves interacting with customers in the United States over the phone and assisting them with scheduling, appointment-related requests and general service queries.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments.

Respond to customer questions professionally and accurately.

Maintain accurate customer and appointment information.

Follow defined processes, quality standards and call-handling guidelines.

Escalate customer issues when required.

Maintain expected productivity and quality standards.

Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation.

Valuable listening and comprehension skills.

Comfortable communicating with US customers.





Confident and professional telephone manner.

Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work with multiple applications while speaking with customers.

Good typing and data-entry skills.

Willingness to learn and follow processes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

3.0 - 4.5 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance
