We are hiring Customer Support Associates – International Voice Process for a leading MNC in Kakkanad, Kochi. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and Level 1 candidates with strong spoken English and a customer-focused approach. The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers, understanding their concerns, providing accurate information, assisting with basic troubleshooting, and ensuring a qualified customer experience.

Salary: ₹2.75 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA

Experience: Freshers / Level 1 candidates

Qualification: Any UG / PG, including B.Tech and MBA

Work Location: Kakkanad, Kochi

Work Mode: Work from Office

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Requirements

- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- CEFR / Berlitz B2-level communication proficiency preferred.
- Strong listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer and technical knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and customer-service skills.
- Willingness to work rotational and predominantly night shifts.

Shift & Benefits

- Rotational 9-hour shift: 8 hours of work + 1-hour break.
- Mostly night shifts with rotational week-offs.
- Cab facility available between 6:30 PM and 6:30 AM for eligible employees residing within approximately 25 km of the office, subject to transportation policy.
