Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls for US Healthcare.
- Assist customers with benefits, claims, coverage, and account-related queries.
- Update customer details in CRM and follow quality standards.

Eligibility
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to work night shifts.
