Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK-based customers/clients.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, lead generation, customer verification, or business requirements.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with international customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can also apply.




- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Clear pronunciation, good listening, and strong conversational skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound international calls.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work according to UK business hours/shifts.

Salary
- Freshers: Based on skills, communication and interview performance.
- Experienced: Hike on last drawn salary, depending on experience and suitability.
