Role & responsibilities The role involves voice and email support, so good communication and email writing skills are key. You should also be comfortable communicating with international customers. Since this role involves international customers, excellent communication skills and working early morning or night shifts are mandatory.

Preferred candidate profile The position is for a Clinical Support role. You would be supporting customers with their queries related to the Inito Fertility Monitor, helping them understand product usage and resolving their concerns.

- Working days: 6 days a week
- Shift: 24x6 rotational shifts
- This includes Early Morning (4 AM- 1 PM), Day (10 AM- 7 PM), and night shifts (7 PM- 4 AM), depending on the roster
- Early Morning and Night shifts are Work From Home and would be on a rotation basis (according to the roster)
- For the Day shift, you will have to travel to their office in Koramangala. Also, during the training period, you will be asked to come to the office.





From an educational background, they are looking for candidates from Biology / Life Sciences / Biotechnology / relevant healthcare backgrounds, with around 05 years of experience.
