Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays Off)

Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 Years (Travel Industry Only)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle international travel inquiries and assist Canadian clients in a skilled, responsive, and customer-friendly manner.
- Manage the Canada process, handling travel requirements and coordinating international holiday arrangements for clients based in Canada.
- Plan, curate, and customize international holiday packages according to client preferences, budgets, travel dates, and specific requirements.
- Handle Canadian client inquiries for international tour packages, providing suitable destinations, itineraries, inclusions, and travel solutions.
- Manage flight ticket bookings, including reservations, cancellations, rebooking, and re-issuance processes.
- Oversee post-sales support and coordination for international holiday packages and air ticketing services.
- Provide accurate, cost-effective, and well-structured travel solutions while ensuring a smooth booking experience.




- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication, regular follow-ups, and effective issue resolution.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers, hotels, DMCs, and destination partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Build strong relationships with Canadian clients through excellent communication, personalized service, and end-to-end travel assistance.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of practical experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Executive.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, holiday packages, and airfare systems.
- Ability to independently create detailed and attractive travel itineraries.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Educational Qualification

- Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Preferred Qualification: BTTM or MBA in Tourism & Hospitality Management.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
