We are looking for a professional with 38 years of experience in International Recruitment, Business Development or Client Management, with exposure to UAE/Middle East hiring and mid-to-senior level recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle mid-to-senior level hiring for international clients
- Manage UAE/Middle East client relationships and hiring requirements
- Drive client engagement and business development activities
- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring delivery
- Maintain client, candidate and recruitment data
- Support team handling and day-to-day recruitment operations

Requirements:

- 38 years of relevant experience
- UAE/Middle East or international hiring exposure preferred
- Experience in client management and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Team handling experience is an advantage
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
