About the Job

We are looking for agile, customer-focused, and target-driven professionals to join the International Sales team at Policybazaar.com. The selected candidate will engage with prospective customers across international markets and assist them in selecting suitable financial protection and investment solutions. The role involves consulting customers on one of the following product categories: Term Insurance, Health Insurance, or Investments. The company will provide leads to the sales team, and these will primarily be warm leads or hot leads, enabling candidates to focus on customer engagement, consultation, and conversion. Key Responsibilities-

1. Connect with company-provided international leads through calls and other approved communication channels.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Term Insurance, Health Insurance,



or Investment solutions.
3. Engage effectively with warm and hot leads and manage the sales process from initial interaction to closure.
4. Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and relevant information clearly and professionally.
5. Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
6. Follow up with prospective customers in a timely manner to improve conversions.
7. Achieve assigned sales and business targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
8. Accurately update customer interactions and sales activities in the designated systems.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful policy or investment processing.
