We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International BPO Voice Process team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and within the defined turnaround time.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when required.
- Demonstrate active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
- Meet assigned targets related to productivity, quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.




- Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- UG/ Grad freshers are welcome to apply.
- 1-5 years of experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support / Customer Service can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
