- Position: Internal Auditor

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

- Conduct internal audits across various hotel properties.

- Review hotel revenue, expenses, cash transactions, purchases, and inventory.

- Audit F&B;, Front Office, Stores, and other operational transactions.

- Verify bills, invoices, purchase documents, and vendor payments.

- Identify financial discrepancies, revenue leakages, and weaknesses in internal controls.

- Conduct regular stock and cash verification.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and SOPs.

- Prepare detailed audit reports and highlight audit observations.

- Follow up with departments to ensure corrective actions are implemented.

- Coordinate with Hotel Finance teams and management regarding audit findings.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit

- Plan and conduct internal audits across hotel properties.

- Examine financial and operational transactions for accuracy and compliance.





- Review accounting records and supporting documents.

- Identify irregularities, errors, and potential revenue leakages.

Financial & Operational Verification

- Audit hotel revenue, expenses, cash, purchases, and inventory.

- Verify F&B; and Front Office transactions.

- Check Stores records and operational documentation.

- Verify invoices, bills, purchase orders, and vendor payments.

- Conduct physical stock and cash verification.

Compliance & Internal Controls

- Ensure departments follow company policies and SOPs.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.

- Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements.

- Monitor implementation of corrective actions.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare audit reports with transparent observations and findings.

- Communicate audit issues to relevant departments and management.

- Follow up on pending corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Hotel Finance teams and management.
