Responsibilities

Quick Start: We are looking for individuals with self-drive, commitment, and one who will take complete ownership of tasks. Must be able to show attention to detail and be a team player since the role involves working with multiple teams. 5 Days working.

1.Order Management

- Managing Logistics Tracker
- Managing queries related to orders
- Coordinating with delivery partners for smooth delivery

2.Customer Servicing

- Handling all customer channels
- Have an empathetic approach
- Time management skills
- Ability to meet deadline

What you need

- Must have: Written and Spoken communication, Empathy
- Good to have: 1-2years Experience in customer support
- Technical skills: use Google sheets, Google workspace
- Soft skills: Spoken English, empathy, eye for detail.
