About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to manage the complete sales cycle—from the first conversation with a prospective learner to successful enrollment.
The ideal candidate should be a robust communicator, comfortable speaking with prospects, handling objections, and working toward monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales process from initial outreach to closure
- Conduct consultative calls to understand prospects' career goals and requirements
- Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate lead and interaction details in the CRM
- Handle objections related to pricing, timing, relevance, and other concerns
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Maintain post-sale communication to support smooth onboarding
- Share prospect feedback with the marketing and product teams
Who We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, EdTech sales, or B2C consultative sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and persuasive without being pushy
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as LeadSquared, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Interest in EdTech, Product Management, or the startup ecosystem
