Job Role Interior Site Supervisor We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to supervise day-to-day interior project activities, manage labour and contractor teams, monitor work quality and progress, and ensure timely completion of site work as per approved drawings and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities Site Supervision
Supervise day-to-day interior site work.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Plan daily work activities and monitor project progress.
Take accurate site measurements.
Monitor interior execution and finishing activities.
Resolve site-related issues and report delays immediately.
Team Management Manage carpenters, contractors, and labour teams.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain discipline and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Material Management Check material receipts at the site.
Monitor material usage and stock availability.
Ensure proper utilization and storage of materials.
Coordinate with vendors and the office team regarding material requirements.
