Job Role

Interior Project Execution / Site Supervisor

- Ensure smooth end-to-end execution of interior projects according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and timelines.

- Monitor daily site progress and workforce productivity.

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with designs and company standards.

- Identify and minimize execution errors, defects, and rework.

- Manage and coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, ceiling workers, and other vendors involved in project execution.

- Allocate work and monitor workforce performance to maintain project schedules.

- Prepare, track, and update project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.

- Act as the primary execution point of contact for clients during the project execution stage.

- Provide daily project updates to clients and the backend office.

- Coordinate with procurement and design teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.

- Monitor material usage and ensure proper utilization at project sites.

- Ensure all work is executed according to approved designs, quality standards, and project requirements.





- Ensure proper safety practices and site safety procedures are followed at all project locations.

- Resolve day-to-day site execution issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely solutions.

- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly project progress reports.

- Maintain proper records of site activities, workforce, materials, milestones, and project progress.

Job Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years.

- Education: Diploma.

- English Level: Basic English.

- Age: 18–35 years.

- Practical knowledge of interior project execution and site supervision.

- Ability to coordinate multiple workers, contractors, and vendors.

- Good communication and client-handling skills.

- Strong knowledge of interior execution processes and quality standards.

- Ability to manage project timelines and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to work at project sites and travel locally when required.
