Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior project execution at client locations. This role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

The Interior Site

Supervisor will manage site schedules, monitor material delivery and usage, supervise installation work, and ensure safety and compliance on site. Daily tasks include resolving on-site issues, conducting inspections, updating project status reports, and communicating progress and risks to project managers and other stakeholders. The role also requires maintaining clean,



organized work areas and supporting handover of completed sites to clients.

Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications; strong attention to detail for quality checks and finishes.
- Experience supervising contractors and site teams, with skills in task allocation, productivity monitoring, and on-site problem solving.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work with designers, vendors, clients, and internal teams; ability to document and report site progress clearly.
- Knowledge of materials, fittings, and installation processes commonly used in residential interiors; familiarity with basic civil, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing interfaces.
- Understanding of site safety practices and adherence to company policies, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Prior experience as a site supervisor or similar role in interior fit-outs or construction projects.
- Relevant diploma or degree in interior design, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on multiple sites, with flexibility to travel within Bengaluru and manage extended hours when project needs arise.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools for reporting (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking apps) is an advantage.
