Site Supervisor – Commercial Interior Construction

- Supervise and manage assigned commercial interior construction and execution projects.

- Oversee construction and interior works to ensure they are completed according to approved plans, contract documents, schedules, and budgets.

- Coordinate effectively with architects, interior designers, consultants, clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

- Guide and coordinate the Site Superintendent, Estimator, and other construction team members.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.

- Review project plans and specifications to identify construction requirements and potential execution issues.

- Provide feedback on building design, scheduling, cost-saving opportunities, and potential construction challenges.

- Assist the Estimator in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.

- Prepare and monitor the general conditions budget.

- Coordinate with the project team to ensure efficient planning and execution of construction activities.

- Monitor site progress, workforce productivity, materials, and workmanship.

- Ensure construction and interior activities are executed safely and according to required quality standards.

- Identify potential delays, cost issues, and construction problems and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.





- Maintain effective communication with the prime consultant and project stakeholders.

- Ensure project activities remain aligned with contractual requirements, approved specifications, timelines, and budgets.

- Support project planning, coordination, documentation, and reporting activities.

- Promote a professional, approachable, and cooperative working environment.

- Lead the site team effectively and encourage professional development and continuous improvement.

- Perform other project-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction and site execution.
