Position: Experience Centre Showroom Manager

Open Location : Gurgaon ,Guwahati and Hyderabad

Experience Required: 5+ years of Sales and design experience specifically within the Interior Industry

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Mandatory Training: Candidates must undergo a 26-day mandatory training program in Coimbatore (CBE) before taking up the role.

Work Schedule: Sunday work is mandatory. A designated weekly off will be provided on a weekday instead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the showrooms design and sales teams to ensure all performance targets are met.
- Sales Management: Drive the end-to-end sales process from initial customer walk-in to final conversion, ensuring a high close rate and superior customer satisfaction.
- Design Oversight: Provide design expertise and guidance to both customers and team members, ensuring all concepts meet brand standards and client expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track monthly performance metrics for both the design and sales functions, implementing proactive strategies to improve productivity.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every visitor to the Experience Centre enjoys a premium, consultative, and seamless journey.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the central design, marketing, and operations teams to align on business goals and showroom strategies.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to upgrade team skills in current design trends, product knowledge, and consultative selling techniques.
- Reporting: Provide timely reports and updates to senior management regarding showroom performance, challenges, and market opportunities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and design-focused role, preferably within the home interiors, modular kitchen, or luxury lifestyle segment.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Mindset: Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for interiors, aesthetics, and space planning.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
