Responsible for the day-to-day execution and supervision of finishing activities across Key Common Areas (KCA), ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day finishing activities across Key Common Areas.
- Manage finishing activities across Key Common Areas, including lobbies, corridors, entrance areas, amenities, clubhouses, podium areas and other designated common spaces.
- Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for timely execution of works.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity and daily work progress.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Design, Planning and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure proper sequencing and interface between finishing and MEP activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure rectification of quality issues and snags.
- Check materials received at site and ensure usage of approved materials as per specifications.
- Track daily progress and highlight delays,
site constraints and material requirements to the reporting manager.
- Assist in contractor measurements, work completion and billing-related activities.
- Maintain daily progress reports and relevant site documentation.
- Support snagging, de-snagging and final handover of KCA areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project processes.
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of finishing execution and construction methodologies.
- Understanding of architectural/finishing drawings and specifications.
- Exposure to common-area finishing works in residential/high-rise projects.
- Good contractor and site coordination skills.
- Solid attention to quality and timelines.
- Ability to identify and resolve site-level execution issues.
Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with 3-7 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction, preferably in residential or high-rise projects, with hands-on experience in Key Common Area finishing and execution, will be preferred.
