Responsibilities and Duties

- Effective Meeting with prospects partners & robust presentation skills for discussion and understanding needs during the store set-up.
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, and renderings) for the customers.
- Coordinate with site executives for the practicality and accessibility of the design.
- Oversee the project execution to maintain precise execution and superior quality.
- Keep effective communication with the clients and team members for the successful. completion of the project.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices. (Feedback for betterment).
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude for design principles.
- Should be flexible to work to meet business needs.
- Should have basic knowledge about Microsoft programs.
- Should have knowledge about hardware accessories and materials.
- Assesses and meets the store guidelines & requirements through regular meetings.
- Produces sketches, drawings, to illustrate concepts and finished products to be displayed at the Store
- Illustrate creative ideas to communicate design concepts for the store set-up

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience as an interior designer, Modular interior products. (Store Design would be an advantage)
- Capable of handling multiple clients / projects individually with creative designs as per company standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator & other design programs.
- Be able to educate clients about the competitive advantages of the products of the company.
- Be able to coordinate with the internal teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the project at each stage.
- Propose creative/competitive designs solutions to explore business opportunities (up sale & cross sale) principles behind the displayed products during store set-up.
- An Excellent eye for design
- Degree in interior design or Bachelor degree in Architecture or Engineering in Interior design.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
