Integration Engineer

Bangalore · HybridFull-time You will own the integration between decisioning artifacts on our platform, including models, scorecards, rules, strategies, and attributes, and external systems like credit bureaus and loan origination systems. This is not a generic API integration role. We are looking for someone who has lived inside these specific ecosystems, knows their quirks, data formats, and deployment paths, and can get a custom model or decision strategy into production inside them.

What you will do

- Design, build, and maintain integrations with credit bureaus like TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax, including API-based data exchange, and deployment of custom models and attributes into bureau environments
- Deploy decisioning artifacts, including custom scorecards, rules, custom fields, functions, and formulas, into leading loan origination systems used by US lenders
- Own the end-to-end path from a decisioning artifact built on our platform to that artifact running live inside a client's bureau or LOS environment, including testing and go-live
- Work with bureau and LOS partner teams on integration requirements, sandbox access, and partner programs
- Build reusable integration components in Python and Cloud technologies so each recent client onboarding gets faster than the last
- Support client implementations directly: debug data mismatches, trace decision discrepancies, and resolve issues between our platform and the client's LOS

What We Are Looking For

- Bureau model deployment experience. You have deployed custom models to US credit bureaus such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax. You know what it takes to get a model live inside a bureau environment, including their data formats, attribute systems, and deployment paths.




- LOS configuration and model deployment experience. You have built and deployed rules, custom fields, functions, formulas, and especially models into loan origination systems used by US lenders. You know how these systems handle decision logic, where their configuration limits are, and how to work around them.
- Bureau and LOS partnership experience. You have worked at a company that is an established bureau partner or LOS partner. You understand how these partnerships and integrations are created, what the partner programs require, and how to navigate them from the vendor side.

Technical Skills

- Strong Python for building integration services, data transformation, and deployment tooling
- Cloud experience, AWS preferred: deploying and operating integration services in production
- Comfort with structured and fixed-width data formats, including bureau file formats and bureau API specifications
- REST and SOAP API integration, authentication flows, and webhook-based architectures
- SQL and data pipeline fundamentals for reconciling data across systems

- You have worked at a credit decisioning or AI lending company that integrates with bureaus and LOS platforms
- You have taken a model from a data science team and made it run inside a system the data science team has never touched
- You have worked directly with bureau or LOS partner teams and know what their integration programs actually require
