OmnifiCX is a cloud-native multi-tenant platform which is built using cloud first frameworks, facilitating thousands of customers to manage their eCommerce businesses from a single integrated platform, ensuring that data, inventory, and processes are centralized and shared across all channels. The unified commerce platform integrates with a wide range of external systems such as ERP, CRM, payment gateways, shipping carriers, and marketing platforms.

This job is for you if you:

As an Integration Developer, will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and supporting integrations between different business applications and systems. This position will work closely with the Integration Lead and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions.

Roles & Responsibilitie:

Integration Development:

- Develop integrations
- Build integrations between ERP, CRM, eCommerce, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop API-based, file-based, and event-based integrations.

API & Data Integration:

- Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs.
- Configure webhooks and other system-to-system communication mechanisms.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and routing.

Testing & Deployment:

- Perform unit and integration testing.
- Support deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
- Resolve issues identified during testing and production support.

Error Handling & Monitoring:

- Implement error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.




- Monitor integration processes and identify failures or performance issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related production issues.

Documentation & Best Practices:

- Document integration flows, mappings, APIs, and technical configurations.
- Follow established development standards and participate in code reviews.

Collaboration:

- Work with Integration Leads, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Understand functional requirements and convert them into technical integration solutions.

Experience and Skills

Minimum

- 2-4 years of experience in application or system integration development.
- Hands-on experience with at least one integration platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, or similar.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, and file-based integrations.
- Experience with data mapping and transformation.
- Understanding of JSON, XML, CSV, and other common data formats.
- Experience troubleshooting integration failures and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Preferred

- Experience integrating ERP, CRM, eCommerce, OMS, WMS, or similar applications.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud environments.
- Knowledge of message queues, event-driven integrations, or API management.
- Relevant Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar certification.
