Role Description The Insurance Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Burari Delhi 110084. This role involves leading and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed targets for life, health, and other insurance products, while ensuring a strong focus on customer needs and long-term financial protection. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, training and coaching team members, managing pipelines and reporting, and supporting agents with policy presentations and closing.

Manager will also work closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommend suitable insurance solutions,



maintain ongoing relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain policy features and benefits clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including relationship-building, active listening, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, such as understanding of financial planning, risk coverage, and premium structures.
- Candidates should possess Team Management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivating sales teams.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Candidates should have prior experience in insurance or financial services, preferably in a sales or managerial capacity.
- Candidates should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant insurance certifications are an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with basic office software and CRM tools, and be willing to work on-site in Jharoda Majra.
