- As a Trainer, you will
- Facilitate new hire training with a high level of engagement with the Trust &
- Safety team.
- Follow objectives and client standards for job readiness goals.
- Facilitate on-floor training to bridge product knowledge and skill gaps.
- Serve as an advocate for the user community
- Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve process, quality,
- and efficiency of work
- Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for
- optimal development in the role Roles and Responsibilities:
- As a Trainer, you will work closely with those who
- Review, classify and or remove, work with, view, or proactively engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels
- Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
- Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
- Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
- Excellent comprehension and communication skills
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or
- personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies
