Hiring: Institutional Sales Manager – Government / Defence / Drone

Location: Delhi / NCR

Experience: 5–12 Years

CTC: ₹15–18 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Institutional Sales Manager to drive government and institutional business across defence, security, surveillance and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop business with Government Departments, Police, CAPF, PSUs and other institutional clients
- Identify and generate recent government/institutional sales opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Handle Government Tenders, GeM, RFPs and e-procurement
- Build and maintain relationships with senior government and institutional stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations
- Develop opportunities in UAV/Drone, Surveillance, Secure City and ICCC solutions




- Prepare and coordinate techno-commercial proposals
- Manage sales pipeline, revenue targets and key accounts
- Build long-term government/institutional partnerships

Ideal Candidate

- Solid Government / Institutional / B2G sales experience
- Existing exposure to Government, Defence, Police, CAPF or PSU ecosystem
- Experience in solution selling / system integration
- Strong business development and client acquisition capability
- Hands-on exposure to GeM, tenders and RFPs
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel for government/institutional meetings

CTC: ₹15–18 LPA

Candidates with only tender documentation/back-office experience and no direct sales or business development exposure will not be considered.
