We are now looking for a high-energy, target-driven, and relationship-focused professional to join us as an Institutional Partnerships & Growth Manager. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the higher education ecosystem deeply and has proven experience in creating and growing university collaborations, institutional alliances, and academic partnerships across North India.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, leading efforts to build strong relationships with universities, colleges, Directors, Vice Chancellors, Deans, International Heads, and academic leadership teams. You will play a critical part in positioning Namaste Global as a trusted partner for institutions looking to build global relevance, strengthen international engagement, and explore collaboration opportunities with our partnered US-based university ecosystem.

it is about building long-term institutional trust and creating meaningful academic partnerships that generate lasting value. We are looking for someone who can open doors, build credibility, understand institutional priorities, and convert conversations into strategic collaborations.

The most important qualification for this role is strong experience in university collaborations. If you have successfully built relationships with universities, signed MoUs, developed academic alliances, or worked closely with institutional decision-makers, this opportunity is designed for you.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with universities and colleges across your assigned region.
- Lead discussions and closure of MoUs and institutional collaboration agreements for our partnered US-based university ecosystem.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Directors, Vice Chancellors, International Office leaders, Deans, Principals, and academic influencers.
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential institutional leads through strategic outreach and relationship-led engagement.
- Plan and execute campus activations, institutional meetings, seminars, workshops, roundtables, and student engagement initiatives.
- Represent Namaste Global Gurukul at education fairs, academic conferences, networking forums, and industry events.
- Work closely with leadership to contribute to regional growth plans and expand Namaste Global’s institutional footprint across India.
- Track partnership progress, manage the relationship pipeline, and ensure consistent momentum toward growth targets.

Who we are looking for We are seeking someone who combines relationship intelligence with execution ability,



a professional who is both strategic and action-oriented.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, University Partnerships, Academic Alliances, or International Education.
- A robust and active network with universities and colleges in North India.
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing institutional collaborations and partnership opportunities.
- Prior experience in international education, higher education outreach, or cross-border academic engagement will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proven ability to generate leads, build trust with senior stakeholders, and convert opportunities into outcomes.
- A self-starter mindset, strong ownership attitude, and the ability to work independently in a growth-focused environment.
