Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida for an Installation Quality Check (Residential Interiors) specialist. The role involves inspecting residential interior installations to ensure they meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Daily tasks include conducting site visits, reviewing installation work of carpentry, flooring, painting, and modular furniture, and documenting any defects or deviations.

The specialist will coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to resolve issues, verify completion against plans and checklists, and ensure timely rectifications. The role also includes maintaining detailed quality reports, communicating clearly with stakeholders,



and supporting continuous improvement of installation processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of residential interior installation processes, including carpentry, modular furniture, flooring, painting, and basic electrical and plumbing interfaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality inspection, checklist-based evaluation, defect identification, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Candidates should possess abilities in reading and interpreting drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, along with basic project coordination skills.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple sites and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in residential interiors, construction, or fit-out projects is preferred, especially in quality or site supervision roles.
- A diploma or degree in interior design, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is beneficial, along with familiarity with MS Excel and digital reporting tools.
- Willingness to work on-site regularly in Noida, conduct frequent site visits, and adapt to dynamic project requirements is expected.
