: We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Inside Sales Executive to support and grow our Simulation business across the West India region. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, opportunity qualification, appointment setting, and coordination with the technical & sales teams for Simulation solutions such as structural, CFD, electromagnetic, and multi-physics simulation tools.

The candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic understanding of engineering/manufacturing industries, and the ability to work closely with prospective customers to identify business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads for Simulation solutions through calls, emails, LinkedIn, webinars, campaigns, and database activities.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales and technical teams.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Support business development activities for SIMULATION Solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for suitable solution offerings.
- Work closely with OEM principals and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and opportunity creation targets.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, engineering software sales, or technical sales support.
- Positive understanding of CAD/CAE/Simulation domain will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with customer interaction and presentation coordination.
