Kaashiva Power Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to join our growing Solar Energy team.
? Location: Pune
? Experience: 0–3 Years
? Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy
⏱️ Joining: Immediate preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate & qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp & online platforms
- Understand customer requirements and explain solar solutions
- Schedule site visits and manage follow-ups
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
✅ Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
✅ Strong sales & negotiation skills
✅ Target-oriented with positive follow-up skills
✅ Solar/Inside Sales experience preferred
