Experience:- 6 Months - 3 Years (Experience in Event Sales or similar is prioritized)
Salary:- 15,000 - 25,000 (Fixed + Good Incentive)

Demould is one of Delhi’s most exciting modern bakeries and gourmet gifting brands — known for our indulgent desserts, creative hampers, and premium packaging. As we scale aggressively for Diwali, weddings, and corporate events, we’re looking for a smart, persuasive, and creative Senior Sales Executive to lead our B2B sales efforts.
Key Responsibilties:-
- Contact and Follow up with customer leads and enquiries. Understand the occassion, requirement and budget, and recommend suitale gift hampers.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed sales. Handle customer questions, objections and price negotiations profesionally.
- Identify opportunities for repeat purchases and referrals.
- Achieve wekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth order experience for customers. Also, maintains trong customer relationships before and afetr the sale.
What we're looking for:-
- 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in inside sales, B2C sales, or customer conversion, preferrably in Event Sales
- Solid verbal communication and convincing skills
- Previous experience with food, FMCG, events, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of sales calls and follow ups
