- Mold Change Technician / Injection Molding Mold Setter

- Carry out secure and efficient loading and unloading of molds in injection molding machines.

- Receive molds from the Tool Room and verify their condition before installation.

- Execute mold changes according to the daily mold change plan and production schedule.

- Inspect mold clamping, connections, and accessories before machine startup.

- Ensure proper handover of unloaded molds to the Tool Room with necessary documentation.

- Maintain accurate records and reports of all mold loading and unloading activities.

- Arrest and clean oil, water, or coolant spillages immediately after mold change activities.

- Follow customer-specific requirements, standards, and recommended systems related to mold setup and operation.

- Monitor and analyze mold changeover time and implement measures to reduce downtime.





- Improve machine productivity by ensuring efficient mold changeover processes.

- Adhere strictly to mold safety procedures and work instructions during handling, installation, and removal.

- Ensure molds are stored in designated locations according to the mold storage system and identification standards.

- Maintain workplace cleanliness and implement 5S practices after every mold change activity.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room departments for smooth production operations.

- Report mold abnormalities, damages, leakages, or safety concerns to the immediate supervisor.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
