IE Promotion Execution
- Coordinate with the eMedia team and IE stakeholders including regions, IPC, website and Product teams to launch Inner Engineering promotions in a timely and structured manner.
- Ensure all IE promotions are executed in alignment with central priorities and guidelines.
Performance Monitoring
- Track progress of Inner Engineering promotions and regularly review performance against defined targets.
- Engage with key stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize outcomes where required.
Regional Coordination
- Coordinate with Regions to promote central Inner Engineering initiatives effectively.
- Act as a single point of contact (POC) for regional teams for promotional requirements across email, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Ensure regional dissemination aligns with central IE priorities and messaging.
WhatsApp & Organic Channels
- Support regions with content for organic Isha WhatsApp broadcast groups related to Inner Engineering.
- Analyze engagement and performance of WhatsApp communications and share insights where relevant.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Offerings and raise required tickets.
- Interact with EPUB and Impressions teams to ensure timely delivery while adhering to IPC guidelines and internal processes.
- Work with SG and IF teams to promote IE-In person programs happening in the region
Language & Regional Alignment
- Serve as a cohesive POC for Inner Engineering promotions across Indian regional languages.
