Experience: 5-10 Years in Injection Molding Plastic Toys Manufacturing(preferable)
Job Summary:
Responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines for the production of plastic toys and components. The role involves machine setup support, mold changing, process monitoring, quality inspection, troubleshooting, material handling, and maintaining production and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate hydraulic and servo injection molding machines for plastic toy production.
- Handle raw materials such as PP, ABS, HIPS, and PVC.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, speed, cooling time, and cycle time.
- Assist in mold changing, mold setting, and machine setup.
- Check product quality, color, dimensions, and surface finish.
- Identify and control common molding defects like flash, short molding, sink marks, and warpage.
- Perform basic machine/process troubleshooting and parameter adjustments.
- Maintain production targets, reduce rejection, and follow 5S and safety procedures.
