Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Production & Service Engineer to support production and service activities, including soldering, assembly, testing, and customer support. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to handling both in-house and field-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering and assembly of electronic instruments and components
- Conduct QC testing of assembled instruments as per checklist
- Prepare and maintain documentation as per standard procedures
- Provide effective solutions to customer concerns using appropriate tools and techniques
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and technicians for smooth service delivery
- Follow up on service requests and gather customer feedback
- Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on equipment
- Deliver product demonstrations and ensure proper customer usage
- Suggest product improvements and new feature enhancements
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment
- Stay updated with industry developments through research and training
- Prepare reports and present updates to management regularly
- Support in achieving sales targets and service goals
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electronics & Communication or Instrumentation Engineering
Experience Required:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in soldering, assembly, and testing of instruments/equipment
