Compliance Lead / Manager – Information Security

Job Summary

- Responsible for managing Information Security compliance, risk, audits, and customer security engagements at Ozonetel. The role ensures adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and customer expectations, with a solid focus on BFSI, NBFC, Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage compliance with ISO 27001/27701, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, RBI, SEBI and applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with customer contracts, security policies, and data privacy requirements.
- Lead internal, external, and customer security audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses.
- Act as the Infosec SPOC for enterprise customers, handling security questionnaires, assessments, due diligence, and audits.
- Develop security policies, procedures, awareness programs, and compliance documentation.
- Support security incident management, vulnerability/risk tracking, and remediation.
- Partner with IT, Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Compliance teams on security controls and secure deployments.




- Support enterprise RFPs, pre-sales security evaluations, and customer security discussions.
- Maintain customer trust through effective communication of security posture, controls, and relevant IT/product changes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, SOC 2, NIST, and CIS Controls.
- Proven experience with BFSI/NBFC/Banking/Insurance/Capital Markets clients.
- Hands-on experience in customer audits, security assessments, questionnaires, and due diligence.
- Understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud security, data protection, encryption, and secure architecture.
- Experience with enterprise RFP security responses and evaluations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, project management, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- CISM / CISA / ISMS Lead Auditor or Implementer / CPISI
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Information Security experience, preferably in compliance, risk management, and customer-facing security roles.
