Role Description The Information Technology Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Pakt’s technology products, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and iteration. This full-time, in office role is based in Mumbai and involves working closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver features that support AI-driven hiring.

Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specifications, analyzing user and product data, mapping and optimizing business processes, and coordinating cross-functional execution.





The Product

Manager will also conduct market and competitor research, gather feedback from customers and internal teams, and ensure that product releases are aligned with strategic goals and quality standards. Collaboration, clear communication, and strong ownership of product outcomes are central to this role.

Qualifications

Minimum Work Experience: 5 years & Above

- Strong Product Management skills with experience owning product roadmaps, defining features, and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
- Information Technology knowledge and the ability to work effectively with engineering and data teams on technical requirements and solutions.
- Analytical Skills for interpreting product metrics, user behavior, and business performance to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives.
- Experience gathering and translating Business Requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to map, analyze, and improve Business Processes to increase efficiency and support scalable product and operational workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B software, HR tech, or recruitment platforms is beneficial, especially in high-growth or startup environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Mumbai in a fast-paced setting.
