About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Manager to manage our day-to-day IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning, security, and reliability of our IT infrastructure. The role will be responsible for managing hardware, software, networks, servers, security systems, vendors, IT projects, and providing timely technical support across departments.

The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, and the ability to independently manage IT operations while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external service providers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including computers, software, servers, networks, internet connectivity, and other IT systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade hardware, software, servers, network devices, and security systems.
- Ensure the security and reliability of IT infrastructure by managing data backups, user access, security checks, and IT policies.
- Manage IT equipment, software licenses, vendors, service providers, maintenance and support contracts, and IT purchase requirements.
- Identify opportunities, evaluate, recommend, and implement AI and automation solutions across departments to improve productivity, reduce manual work, streamline processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand their IT requirements and provide appropriate technical support and solutions.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, software installations, migrations,



and implementation of new technologies.
- Monitor IT systems and proactively identify potential technical or security issues.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets, licenses, systems, vendors, contracts, and technical documentation.
- Prepare and share regular IT updates, reports, and status reports with management.
- Ensure timely renewal of software licenses, AMC/maintenance contracts, and other IT-related services.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for installations, repairs, maintenance, and technical support.
- Ensure IT systems and services are available and functioning effectively across the organization.

We Are Looking For

- Proven experience in IT Manager, System Administrator, IT Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong practical understanding of networking, servers, hardware, software, and technical troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of data and network security, backups, and user access management.
- Experience in managing IT vendors, service providers, maintenance contracts, software licenses, and IT purchases.
- Good knowledge of Google Ecosystem and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable multitasking, organizational, and coordination abilities.
- Strong team management and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT issues and projects.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
