Role Description The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across relevant social media platforms.

Day-to-day activities include coordinating influencer campaigns, tracking performance metrics, managing communication and approvals, and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The coordinator will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to develop influencer briefs, support content schedules, and optimize campaigns based on data and feedback. The role also involves maintaining organized records of contracts,



deliverables, and reporting to support continuous improvement in influencer marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or digital campaigns, preferably within a marketing or talent-focused organization.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills to collaborate effectively with influencers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ability to track and analyze campaign performance using basic analytics tools, and to present insights in a clear, concise manner.
- Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) and current influencer marketing trends.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Bengaluru, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in recruitment marketing, talent branding, or working with startups and high-growth companies is an advantage.
