Role Overview:

As an Influencer Marketing Trainee, you will support the team in executing influencer campaigns, identifying creators, and managing day-to-day coordination. This role is designed to help you build a robust foundation in influencer marketing, brand communication, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand & Company Understanding

•Learn and understand ESSC’s Vision, Values, and Goals

•Understand basics of influencer marketing and brand requirements

•Assist in aligning campaign tasks with brand expectations

- Influencer Research & Database Management

•Identify and research relevant influencers across platforms

•Maintain and update influencer databases (daily/weekly)

•Categorize influencers based on:

oTarget audience (Gen Z, Gen Alpha, etc.)





oCampaign objectives (buzz, brand building, sales)

- Campaign Support

•Assist in campaign ideation and execution

•Coordinate with influencers for deliverables and timelines

•Track campaign progress and maintain reports

•Support in creating campaign summaries and event reports

- Coordination & Communication

•Assist in communication with influencers and agencies

•Follow up on deliverables, timelines, and approvals

•Support the team in ensuring smooth execution of campaigns

- Data & Trend Tracking

•Monitor social media trends and viral content

•Assist in basic trend forecasting

•Track competitor campaigns and influencer activities

- Administrative Support

•Help in maintaining records

•Assist in organizing campaign-related data and files

•Make weekly, monthly reports

Working Days: Mon-Fri (Last Saturday working)

Working Hours: 9:30am - 6pm
